Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
-
Develop data-driven intervention strategies and individualized education recommendations

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote academic and emotional success

Provide individual and group counseling to support social-emotional development
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

Active or pending Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
